No Minimums or Set Up fees
We can print as little as one mug with no set up fees, just provide us with a print quality (300dpi) png with a transparent background and we’ll do the rest. Our designers are on hand to help you with any questions about how to setup your print file.

What's the minimum quantity?
For sublimation mug printing you can order as little as one piece.
Can I get quantity pricing?
Absolutely, the more you order then lower the prices.
If you order multiples of the same design and product then quantity prices are applied.
Is there a set up fee?
We don’t charge set up fees for mug printing, you just supply us with your print file and we do the rest.
Can I Print White?
In sublimation printing there is no white. This works great on white mugs but appears as transparent on glass or metallic products.
Bear this in mind when designing your file.
What kind of print file do I need?
The best print file is a 300dpi (print quality) file with a completely transparent background.
This can be png, psd or eps.
The design should be the actual size being printed. Low quality images or jpegs from the web will print poorly and are not recommended. See our detailed guide for file setup.
What kind of mugs do you offer?
We stock 11 oz and 15oz white mugs in depth. We also have camp mugs, glass mugs (clear and frosted), Steins (clear and frosted) Water Bottles (White) and have access to many more shapes and sizes.
Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?
Sublimation mugs are heated around at 380 degrees and are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Can you print on the back?
Yes for mugs etc we print on both sides at no extra cost, you can also choose to only print on one side if you wish.
